We believe when courage, calling, and capital align, communities are transformed.

Across the country, organizations serving women and girls are doing extraordinary work in the areas of safety, stability, healing, economic mobility, leadership, education, and family support.

Yet many of these organizations are underfunded, under resourced, and over extended while carrying some of the most urgent and sacred work in our communities.

The Esther Commission exists to help close that gap.

Inspired by the courage and strategic wisdom of Esther, we help mission-driven leaders with the philanthropic strategy, funding infrastructure, and leadership counsel needed to fulfill their calling with strength and sustainability.

Esther, the advocate

Strategic. Courageous. Called.

Queen Esther used her position, wisdom, and voice to advocate for the protection and future of her people. Her story reminds us that influence is never accidental. It is entrusted.

The Esther Commission honors that legacy by equipping modern-day advocates with the strategy, structure, and capital alignment they need to transform their communities.

We believe your mission deserves a royal standard of excellence, not because it’s polished, but because the people you serve are worth it.
